When I finished this article, I had already returned from Hangzhou. In the past three days, I embarked on the first solo trip of my life. Wenzhou to Hangzhou. Due to my unfamiliarity with Hangzhou and the early hotel reservation with a poor location, I spent almost half of the time on the subway. || I guess I came to take the subway, shuttling back and forth between Yuhang District, Gongshu District, and West Lake District every day. ||
On the first day of the holiday, I left Wenzhou at noon and arrived at Hangzhou East Station at 3 pm. Once I left the station, I got lost in the crowd. @Lakr was already waiting for me and picked me up in the crowd. Then we went to the hotel to drop off our luggage. After that, we went to a nearby Haidilao. I have to say that Haidilao's service is very thoughtful, which easily makes people feel at ease. It was my first time eating at Haidilao, and I was a bit embarrassed because I was too focused on eating. Then I was taken to West Lake Cultural Square, which was far away and required a transfer on the subway.
After wandering by the canal for a while, I went to see "Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet". By the time it was over, it would be 10:30 pm, plus the time it takes for me to take the subway back to the hotel, it was estimated to be midnight. During the movie, I was half asleep and felt like I had been walking all day, feeling a bit suffocated. After the movie ended, I quickly took the subway back and ended a busy and tiring day. Unfortunately, I couldn't fall asleep again.
I don't know when I fell asleep, and I started the second day's itinerary. I planned to meet my high school classmate @空気 at the Cangqian subway entrance of Hangzhou Normal University at noon and then go to Wanda Plaza. After having lunch and chatting for a long time, we strolled around the area and visited Apple Wanda Plaza. Then he headed home, and I returned to the temporary hotel to rest for a while before continuing my journey in the evening.
After dinner, I prepared to set off again. This time, the target was Intime West Lake Mall (Apple·West Lake). It still took an hour on the subway to reach the destination. Actually, I was quite overwhelmed inside, but I can only blame myself.
As soon as I got off the subway, I felt the atmosphere of the Spring Festival travel rush - crowded with people.
In just one day, the journey ended again. On the way back, I saw the brightly lit DingTalk Building after 9:30 pm.
The third day was also the last day I stayed in Hangzhou. After having breakfast at 9 am, I started my solo itinerary. First, I found a bike and rode around the area, then went to the Qinchengli Shopping Center, where there were almost no people, making it feel deserted.
After that, I returned to the hotel, packed my luggage, and set off on my way home. These three days passed quickly and were tiring. At the moment of leaving, I once again felt emptiness. This is probably what traveling is like. A place that doesn't belong to oneself, a place where the soul has no home.
